Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

• Standard delivery by courier. Delivery takes 7-10 days depending on day of order and final delivery address, however do be aware that delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.

If you purchased a product from outside of the United Kingdom you are subject to pay any and all import fees and taxes as applied by the country of final destination. Please check local rules and restrictions before making a purchase. CRITTER is not liable for any import duties and taxes and we are not responsible for your failure to do so.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

As a customer you have the right to cancel a purchase and return an unbroken, undamaged and unworn item. a customer you will be responsible for all return postage costs. return and Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.

Refunds and returns do not apply for goods that have been worn, used or damaged. 

Returns can be made by mail.
